Muskoka Wildlife Centre is not a zoo but rather an interactive learning park. Our acclaimed “Speaking of Wildlife” is Canada’s largest live-animal outreach program, and travels across Ontario to libraries, schools and public events teaching people about provincial wildlife and conservation. The Muskoka Wildlife Centre is open to the public and hosts group visits as well. Our interactive programs allow participants to have a close encounter with some of Ontario’s magnificent wild creatures and are designed to give a better appreciation for the wonders of nature.
We offer a variety of curriculum based programming, including an exciting new Winter Elective Program. We can come to you, at your school, or you can come to us. Our presentations feature some of our wild animal residents and can be tailored to
include material for any grade or learning level.
